Jakob Martin, born in 1982, works mainly in the field of construction and real estate law. In his work, he deals with all aspects of planning and construction, supporting companies and private individuals on the side of the building owner, planner and contractor, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. His areas of practice also include public construction and tender law, as well as assisting and advising companies, primarily in contractual constellations. He is a certified specialist attorney SAV for construction and real estate law.

Jakob Martin is a member of the Basel-Landschaft Construction Appeals Commission and a lecturer at the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz.
