Daniel Gebhardt, born in 1960, advises companies, public entities, institutions and private individuals about all aspects of planning and construction. His activities extend to construction law, planning law as well as real estate law, both in the private and public sectors. He focuses on spatial planning law, contracts in connection with building projects (design, review), environmental regulations (particularly hazardous waste), architect and engineering law, public tender law, motorway and railway law and expropriation law. He specialises in handling large building projects in the engineering and construction sector, from the strategic phase until completion, and advises and represents our clients in matters concerning planning law and contract law. He is Certified specialist SBA Real Estate and Construction Law.
