Stephan Frey, born in 1958, advises and represents companies, institutions and private individuals on issues of trademark protection, in particular with regard to the registration, enforcement, maintenance and defence of trademark rights, both nationally and internationally. He also advises clients on the drafting, analysis and implementation of contracts, mainly in the fields of corporate law, commercial law and construction law.
